Do I need to live on Saba or have residency to buy?

How do I get to Saba to view a property?
Saba is reached from Sint Maarten (SXM) — a short Winair flight of about 15 minutes into Juancho E. Yrausquin Airport, or by ferry. We're happy to help coordinate viewings around your travel dates.
